- Subscription data: billing information is processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
- Lightning Bets: session tokens and recovery key hashes. We do not store recovery keys in plaintext.
- Usage data: page views and interactions via Google Analytics.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for rate limiting and security.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain the Service, including account management and subscription billing.
- To process Lightning Bets deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements.
- To send transactional notifications (Telegram alerts, if linked by you).
- To monitor and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- To improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
4. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not track you across other websites. We do not store Lightning recovery keys — only their secure hashes.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service uses the following third-party providers:
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google OAuth — authentication for Google sign-in users.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (password resets and account notifications). Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
- Voltage — Lightning Network node hosting for Lightning Bets.
- ACINQ / Lightning Network — payment routing for Lightning Bets.
6. Cookies
We use a session cookie (pib_token) for authentication. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for usage tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Lightning Bets session data is retained as long as the session has a balance. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure session management. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
